Hyde Road Tyres have been established for over 26 years. The business was started from humble beginnings as a family business in 1987 and was situated in the old railway arc behind their new depot. In 2004 their new & most current depot was purpose built to make their customers stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. We were approached by Hyde Road Tyres to build them a new extension which could be used as a new MOT bay. The extension consisted of the erection of a basic portal frame with brickwork and cladding and concrete flooring. Although this was a relatively simple construction project it was made more difficult with the existing premises remaining open and fully functional. We also faced difficulties when building through the existing basement of the property.

We were able to overcome all challenges and the project was finished on time and within budget. The new extension was built and blended in so well the existing premises that unless you had seen it previously you would never know that it was an extension.
