We were asked to supply and install a roller shutter door to an industrial unit that was previously landlocked with only one personnel door for access. We removed security bars from outside and complete aluminium glazing ready to break out brickwork to receive a new vehicular shutter. 

All brickwork that was removed was cleaned and reused on external. A new UPVC window and fire door was fitted and the existing security bars were refitted. 

We supplied and manufactured all engineers’ calculations and fabricated the steel for the structural opening supplied and installed new 3 phase electrics for roller shutter and 415v isolation as well as altering the wiring to the fire alarm. 

A last minute request from the client whilst undertaking the roller shutter works was to install a steel weather bar to the roller shutter and created a new concrete gradual ramp entrance. 

All undertaken with local authority Building Control and Planning consent. 

Another Design & Build job finished on time and within budget, even with our clients requested extra over work.
