Saucy Pasta Co London

We were contacted by designer Conrad Whitely from Hospitality Designs in Bridgend South Wales to undertake works at the peoples History Museum in Manchester; we completed this work in record timing so that the premises could open as scheduled. Once again our work spoke for itself and we were then introduced (through Hospitality Designs) to the Crown House Group in London who specialise in Michelin Star restaurants and other leisure outlets.

We tendered and won a difficult refurbishment for the Crown House Group in the city centre of London; It was the refurbishment of a new pasta fast food outlet on Borough high street surrounded by the busiest roads in London. Parking restrictions were horrendous making the demolition and fit out on site very difficult. The shop itself was in one of the busiest parts of London included in the emissions zone and was completely surrounded by double red no stopping lines thus hindering the delivery and off loading of any fit out equipment or materials.

We were able to overcome the challenges we faced caused by the location of the site and the project was completed on time and handed over with a zero snagging list. Saucy Pasta Co London is now one of London’s busiest fast food pasta outlets. It opens 24/7 due to the proximity of both Guys hospital and the Shard building and must cater for the high demand of fast food within the area.
